OK so here is a library of fitness workouts and routines that you can use to train with at home, in a park, in the garden etc etc. Just make sure you warm-up before you start training and cool down and stretch at the end!
 

Instructors - some of these make for fab class ideas, just elongate the workout, adjust the amount of circuits/exercises etc to suit your class and their fitness levels!
